friendly staff warm welcome cooked breakfast poor wifi noise from bar late night
the staff offered a warm welcome. the receptionist was friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast was cooked to order, a really nice touch.
The wifi was very poor. it barely worked in my room. This made it difficult to plan activities. there was also noise from the nearby bar. It continued late into the night.

i found the location very accessible. check-in was quick and easy. the room was clean and smart after the refurbishment. i really appreciated the central location and friendly staff.

good location english breakfast friendly staff dated decor dripping faucet street noise
the location was good. it was within walking distance of many sites. the full English breakfast was good and filling. the staff are friendly and they assisted me with directions.
the room decor felt a little dated. the sink faucet dripped. some noise from nearby clubs was audible at night. I could hear street noise.

nice cleanliness early check-in excellent location full english breakfast
the hotel had a very nice level of cleanliness. i received an early check-in as my room was prepared. the location is excellent , only a short walk from lime street station and within easy reach of the city centre. the full english breakfast was wonderful , including a great selection of tea and coffee as well as a variety of cereals and orange juice.
the street noise at night did impact my sleep a little.

helpful staff central location vegetarian breakfast street noise missing hairdryer small bedroom
the staff were really helpful. the location was central and convenient for getting around. the breakfast included a delicious cooked vegetarian option.
street noise was very loud late into the night. i could hear people screaming outside and noise from people coming in. the bathroom lacked a hairdryer. the bedroom was quite small.
